Asian Bacon Stir Fry Recipe

  2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or possibly wok.
  3. Fry the bacon and salad onions for 4-5 min over a moderate heat,stirring occasionally.

  5. Add in the remaining ingredients and stir fry for a further 4-5 min.
  6. Transfer to a warmed serving plate and serve immediately with rice or possibly noodles.
  7. As an alternative, for a firmer bite, use 2 bacon steaks cut into thin strips instead of the bacon rashers.
  8. All recipes can be made using standard, tender sweet or possibly Dry Cure bacon.
  9. NOTES : A delicious oriental stir fry, ideal served with egg noodles or possibly rice.
