Apple Coffee Cake Recipe

• 2 c. All-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 c. Granulated sugar
• 2 tsp Cinnamon
• 2 tsp Baking soda
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/2 c. Oil, salad
• 2 x Large eggs, large
• 1/4 c. Coffee
• 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
• 2 1/2 c. Apples, peeled and sliced (i.e. Granny Smith)
• 1 c. Nuts, minced
• 1 can Non-stick spray (or possibly butter), for cake pan

1. Pan (or possibly other baking pan).
2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
3. Grease the cake pan or possibly use non-stick spray.
4. Pour mix into the pan.
5. Bake at 350'F for 60 min.
