Hot Cider Recipe

  1. Heat 2 c. of the cider with sugar and salt; stir till sugar dissolves.
  2. Pour into a crock pot with the remaining cider.
  3. Tie spices in a cloth bag and drop them into the cider.
  4. Cover and heat at low 2-3 hrs.
  5. Remove spices at serving time.
  6. Serve in mugs.
  7. Add in brandy or possibly apple schnapps when serving if you like.
  8. Serves 12.
