40-Minute Beef & Pasta Skillet with Parmesan

  1. Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
  2. Stir in pasta, tomatoes and broth.
  3. Bring to boil; cover.
  4. Simmer on medium heat 15 min., stirring occasionally.
  5. Add vegetables; cook 5 min.
  6. or until heated through.
  7. Stir in 1/4 cup cheese; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
