Cream Cheese Puffs

  1. In a mixing bowl blend together cream cheese, water chestnut and green onion with a piece of the wrapper place a 1 tsp of the cream cheese mixture and seal the edge with some of the beaten egg and fold diagonally and press to seal.
  2. Place into hot oil and fry to a golden brown and drain on paper towel.
  3. Make about 3 dozens.
