Turkey Meatball Subs

  1. In a bowl, combine the onion, green pepper, garlic, parsley, and seasonings.
  2. Stir in 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce.
  3. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well.
  4. Shape into 1 1/2 in balls.
  5. Place on a greased broiler pan.
  6. Broil 4-6 inches from the heat for 8 minutes.
  7. Turn and broil 3-5 minutes longer or until meat is no longer pink.
  8. Transfer meatballs to a large saucepan; add remaining spaghetti sauce.
  9. Bring to a boil.
  10. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  11. Serve meatballs and sauce on buns.
  12. Sprinkle with cheese.
