Yum! my fav Porkchops

  1. Get a medium-large mixing bowl and put porkchops and the garlic herb marinade together.
  2. Mix really well cover and refrigerate at least an hour.
  3. (I like it overnight better though)
  4. Get a baking pan and put porkchops on it.
  5. Pour excess marinade from bowl over the porkchops.
  6. Chop up mushrooms and onions
  7. Pour onions and mushrooms all over porkchops and add a dash of red wine vinegar over each porkchop
  8. Bake on 350 for 30 mins for thin/ small porkchops and an hour for thick and/or larger porkchops
  9. Enjoy!
