Yum! my fav Porkchops
- 2 lb center cut porkchops (or whatever porkchops you like)
- 1 bottle of herb and garlic marinade
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
- dash per porkchop of red wine vinegar
- Get a medium-large mixing bowl and put porkchops and the garlic herb marinade together.
- Mix really well cover and refrigerate at least an hour.
- (I like it overnight better though)
- Get a baking pan and put porkchops on it.
- Pour excess marinade from bowl over the porkchops.
- Chop up mushrooms and onions
- Pour onions and mushrooms all over porkchops and add a dash of red wine vinegar over each porkchop
- Bake on 350 for 30 mins for thin/ small porkchops and an hour for thick and/or larger porkchops
- Enjoy!
