Marinated Goat Cheese

  1. Place goat cheese rounds on desired serving platter.
  2. Make sure the platter has sides to prevent dripping.
  3. Drizzle oil and vinegar over platter and cheese.
  4. Scatter pepper rings and olives over oil mixture.
  5. Add garlic slices.
  6. Place rosemary sprigs on plate.
  7. Cover and refrigerate if not serving right away.
  8. Remove from refrigerator 1/2 hour before sreving.
  9. TIP: Serve with Pickled Pita Crisps, or thinly sliced baguettes.
  10. Use leftovers in a salad, on a pizza or in a sandwich.
  11. Marinated goat cheese can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
