Slow-Cooker Down Home BBQ Pork

  1. Sprinkle meat with seasonings; place in slow cooker.
  2. Add bay leaf and water; cover with lid.
  3. Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours).
  4. Remove meat and bay leaf from slow cooker; discard bay leaf.
  5. Shred meat with fork.
  6. Return meat to slow cooker.
  7. Add barbecue sauce; stir gently to evenly coat meat with sauce.
  8. Cook 15 min.
  9. or until heated through.
