Slow-Cooker Down Home BBQ Pork
- 1 boneless pork roast (3 lb.)
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 cup water
- 1-1/2 cups BULL'S-EYE Brown Sugar & Hickory Barbecue Sauce
- Sprinkle meat with seasonings; place in slow cooker.
- Add bay leaf and water; cover with lid.
- Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours).
- Remove meat and bay leaf from slow cooker; discard bay leaf.
- Shred meat with fork.
- Return meat to slow cooker.
- Add barbecue sauce; stir gently to evenly coat meat with sauce.
- Cook 15 min.
- or until heated through.
