Sliced Tomatoes with Honey-Balsamic Drizzle

• 2 ripe beefsteak tomatoes, sliced crosswise into 1/4-inch thick rounds
• Salt and ground black pepper
• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• 1 tablespoon honey

1. Arrange sliced tomatoes on a serving dish.
2. Season with salt and black pepper.
3. Whisk together balsamic vinegar and honey and drizzle over tomatoes.
