Borden's Sweetened Condensed Milk Recipe

• 3/4 c. Sugar
• 1/2 c. Water
• 1 c. Plus 2 TB powered lowfat milk

1. Combine all ingredients, heat to boiling.
2. Cook until thick, 15 to 20 mins.
