Greek Baked Fish.

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F
  2. Wash and dry the fresh fish and arrange in a medium sized, oiled baking dish.
  3. Mix together all the other ingredients, apart from the breadcrumbs.
  4. Spread some of this mixture over each fish fillet, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake for 30-40 minutes, basting occasionally, until light golden and crisp on top.
  5. Serve.
