Bourbon Barbecue Sauce

  1. Combine all ingredients in heavy large saucepan.
  2. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer uncovered until sauce thickens and flavors blend, stirring frequently, about 15 minutes.
  4. (Can be made 1 week ahead.
  5. Cover; chill.)
