Diet Mayonnaise Recipe
- 1 lg. egg
- 1 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 tbs. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- Healthy pinch cayenne
- 4 drops Sweet 10
- 3/4 c. to 1 c. Mazola corn oil
- Put all ingredients in blender except the oil.
- Blend till well mixed.
- Remove lid and with blender still runnning, add in oil in slow, steady s tream till it reaches desired thickness.
- (You may not need all the oil).
- Keep refrigerated.
- 1 Tbsp.
- equals 2 tsp.
- oil.
- Good!
