Hearts Of Palm Wrapped in Ham and Cream Cheese
- 3/4 pounds Deli Ham, Sliced Medium (thin Enough To Wrap, But Thick Enough To Really Taste)
- 1 container (12 Oz. Size) Whipped Cream Cheese (makes It Easier To Spread, But Regular Works Fine As Well, Softened)
- 1 can (about 14 Oz. Size) Hearts Of Palm
- Spread cream cheese on the circle (or oval) of ham, thickly.
- Place one heart of palm (they are log-shaped) on the ham.
- Roll up.
- Cut off end pieces and give to whatever mooch is standing over your shoulder.
- Then slice the roll (a serrated knife works best) into 1-inch (or whatever suits your fancy) slices.
- Place on a plate and refrigerate.
- Repeat until done with the can of hearts of palm.
- Note: the amount of ham always changes due to thickness of cut, how thick the hearts of palm are, etc.
- Its an estimate-type-of-thing!
