Hearts Of Palm Wrapped in Ham and Cream Cheese

  1. Spread cream cheese on the circle (or oval) of ham, thickly.
  2. Place one heart of palm (they are log-shaped) on the ham.
  3. Roll up.
  4. Cut off end pieces and give to whatever mooch is standing over your shoulder.
  5. Then slice the roll (a serrated knife works best) into 1-inch (or whatever suits your fancy) slices.
  6. Place on a plate and refrigerate.
  7. Repeat until done with the can of hearts of palm.
  8. Note: the amount of ham always changes due to thickness of cut, how thick the hearts of palm are, etc.
  9. Its an estimate-type-of-thing!
