Upside-Down Shepherd's Pie

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Microwave potatoes and water in 2-qt.
  2. microwaveable casserole dish on HIGH 10 to 12 min.
  3. or until potatoes are tender.
  4. Let stand 5 min.
  5. Meanwhile, heat dressing in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  6. Add meat and onions; cook and stir until meat is browned.
  7. Stir in corn and tomatoes.
  8. Drain potatoes; return to dish.
  9. Use bottom of small bowl to flatten potatoes; top with meat mixture and cheese.
  10. Cover.
  11. Bake 20 min.
  12. or until heated through.
  13. Uncover; bake 5 min.
  14. or until top is golden brown.
