Upside-Down Shepherd's Pie
- 3/4 lb. new potatoes (about 6)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing
- 1 lb. extra lean ground beef Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/3 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Italian* Three Cheese Blend
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Microwave potatoes and water in 2-qt.
- microwaveable casserole dish on HIGH 10 to 12 min.
- or until potatoes are tender.
- Let stand 5 min.
- Meanwhile, heat dressing in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add meat and onions; cook and stir until meat is browned.
- Stir in corn and tomatoes.
- Drain potatoes; return to dish.
- Use bottom of small bowl to flatten potatoes; top with meat mixture and cheese.
- Cover.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until heated through.
- Uncover; bake 5 min.
- or until top is golden brown.
