California Chicken Burger
- 4 whole Thin Sliced Chicken Breasts
- 4 slices Bacon, Cut In 1/2 To Make 8
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Garlic Powder, To Taste
- 1/4 cups Mayonnaise
- 20 dashes Hot Sauce (or 1 Chipotle Pepper In Adobo Sauce)
- 1 whole Avocado (Peeled, And Sliced Thin)
- 4 slices Provolone Cheese
- 1 whole Tomato, Sliced Thin
- 4 whole Rolls/Hamburger Buns
- 1.
- Heat griddle on medium-high heat.
- Cook bacon to desired texture.
- Remove and pat dry.

- Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder on both sides.
- Cook on the same griddle on medium-high heat, 3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

- While chicken is cooking, combine mayonnaise and hot sauce until well blended.
- (Or use a food processor to combine chipotle pepper and mayo.)

- Drain excess juice from the griddle and toast buns to desired texture.
- 5.
- Spread mayonnaise on top of a bun, place avocado slices on the bottom and spread into the bread a bit.
- Top avocado with chicken, cheese, bacon and tomato.
