Skewered Steak 7 Mushrooms Recipe

• 1/2 c. burgundy wine
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 clove garlic
• 1/2 c. salad oil
• 2 tbsp. ketchup
• 1 tbsp. vinegar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon MSG
• 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
• 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
• 1 pkg. mushrooms
• 2 pound sirloin tip steak cut 1 inch thick

1. Marinate 1 inch cubes steak and mushrooms in mix for 3 or possibly 4 hrs.
2. Alternate steak and mushrooms on skewers and grill.
3. Baste with remaining marinade.
