Double Decker Pie

  1. Place cereal in food processor container; cover.
  2. Process until finely crushed.
  3. Mix with juice concentrate until well blended.
  4. Press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
  5. Bake at 350F for 5 minutes or until light golden brown.
  6. Cool on wire rack.
  7. Pour 1 cup of the milk into medium bowl.
  8. Add chocolate flavor pudding mix.
  9. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute.
  10. (Mixture will be thick.)
  11. Gently stir in 1/2 of the whipped topping.
  12. Spoon into crust.
  13. Pour remaining 1 cup milk into another medium bowl.
  14. Add vanilla flavor pudding mix.
  15. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute.
  16. (Mixture will be thick.)
  17. Gently stir in remaining whipped topping.
  18. Spread over pudding layer in crust.
  19. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
  20. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
