Knotted Chikuwa in Mayonnaise and Ponzu Sauce

  1. Slice each chikuwa lengthwise into six portions.
  2. Tie each portion into a knot.
  3. Dry roast each knotted chikuwa in a pan on medium heat.
  4. Once they are lightly browned, add the mayonnaise and ponzu, coat the chikuwa, then serve!!

  6. Dress with a few drops of lemon juice, a sprinkle of sesame seeds, and minced scallions.
