Knotted Chikuwa in Mayonnaise and Ponzu Sauce
- 1 packages Chikuwa fishpaste sticks
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp Ponzu
- 1 Lemon juice
- 1 Sesame seeds
- 1 Green onion or scallions
- Slice each chikuwa lengthwise into six portions.
- Tie each portion into a knot.
- Dry roast each knotted chikuwa in a pan on medium heat.
- Once they are lightly browned, add the mayonnaise and ponzu, coat the chikuwa, then serve!!

- Dress with a few drops of lemon juice, a sprinkle of sesame seeds, and minced scallions.
