Smoked Pork Chops With Parsnips

  1. Cut parsnips lengthwise into 1/2 inch slices.
  2. Place in a casserole dish.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Arrange pork chops over parsnips.
  5. Cover.
  6. Bake at 350* for 1 hour.
  7. Remove cover and bake for 10-15 min longer or until juices have partially evaporated.
