Baked Potato with Cheese Spread

• 4 large potatoes Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 1/2 cup KRAFT Easy Cheese Cream Cheese Spread

1. Wash potatoes and pat dry with paper towel and rub with oil.
2. Bake at 200C for 40 minutes or until cooked and golden brown.
3. Cut in half, top with cream cheese spread.
4. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
