Fold Over Tortilla Bake

  1. Brown ground beef and onions.
  2. Stir in tomatoes, sauce, chili, cumin and pepper; simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Pour half of mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan.
  4. Heat tortillas in foil 8 to 10 minute in 350 degree (175 C.) oven.
  5. Spread cream cheese on each tortilla.
  6. Top with green chilies.
  7. Fold over and arrange tortillas on top of meat mixture.
  8. Pour remaining meat mixture over all.
  9. Cover and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees (175 C.).
  10. Uncover and add shredded cheese to cover.
  11. Bake 10 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
  12. When out of oven you may top sliced black olives.
