Mexican Sushi Recipe

  1. Mix cream cheese, dressing and lowfat sour cream.
  2. Chill overnight or possibly till thickened.
  3. Lay tortilla flat and spread cheese mix over entire tortilla sparingly.
  4. Sprinkle a little of each remaining diced ingredients over the tortilla and roll up.
  5. Slice with a sharp knife into 3/4 inch rolls.
  6. Serve with salsa.
