Mexican Sushi Recipe
- 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 can black olvies, diced and liquid removed
- 1 c. celery, diced
- 1 pkg. of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix (buttermilk)
- 1 doz. flour tortillas
- Lowfat sour cream to taste
- Your favorite salsa
- Mix cream cheese, dressing and lowfat sour cream.
- Chill overnight or possibly till thickened.
- Lay tortilla flat and spread cheese mix over entire tortilla sparingly.
- Sprinkle a little of each remaining diced ingredients over the tortilla and roll up.
- Slice with a sharp knife into 3/4 inch rolls.
- Serve with salsa.
