Sugar & Spice Pork Roast

  1. Cover pork loin with enough oil to coat.
  2. Season with dried spices excluding brown sugar.
  3. Roast at 300 for approximately 1 hour or until pork reaches desired doneness.
  4. Slowly melt butter in a small pan.
  5. Add brown sugar when butter is melted and stir quickly.
  6. Pour over pork roast during last 5 minutes of cooking.
