Mochi Chocolate Crunch
- 1 Meiji milk chocolate
- 1 Cut mochi
- Finely mince the mochi (this is important, so give it your all!
- Be careful not to cut yourself.)
- Cover the plate in your oven toaster with aluminum foil and spread out the minced mochi.
- Try to make it a uniform layer.
- Cook for about 3 minutes in the oven toaster, then turn over.
- Don't worry if it's still a bit sticky.
- Turn over and cook for an additional 2 minutes or less.
- Don't let it burn, cook it to where it's still white.
- Once cooked break into further small pieces.
- If you find any large hard lumps, remove and set aside.
- Melt the chocolate (for the microwave, 50 seconds in 2 parts (600 W) should be ok!
- ).
- Mix in the melted chocolate with the crumbled mochi from Step 5.
- Keep mixing until there's no white spots left.
- Make bite-sized pieces on a pan and refrigerate to harden.
