Seven Grain Salad Primavera

  1. You may substitute any of your favorite grains.
  2. Cook them according to the directions on the package.
  3. You will want to end up with approximately 7 cups total of cooked product.
  4. Mix together and set aside.
  5. Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Mix the grains, dressing and chopped vegetables.
  8. Garnish with some extra chopped scallions.
