Wonderful Banana Chutney

  1. Cook the tamarind pulp over medium flamewith jaggery, ginger, raisins, cumin, mango and chilli powders until the jaggery dissolves and the sauce thickens.
  2. Add the bananas to the sauce.
  3. Add salt and melon seeds.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Serve chilled with hot parathas.
