Parmesan-Crusted Chicken Cordon Bleu
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- 4 tsp. GREY POUPON Savory Honey Mustard
- 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Honey Ham
- 4 KRAFT Big Slice Swiss Cheese Slices
- 1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Pound each chicken breast to flatten slightly.
- Spread each breast with 1 tsp.
- mustard; top with 1 ham slice and 1 cheese slice.
- Roll up to enclose filling; secure with toothpicks.
- Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan.
- Dip chicken in egg, then into crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat all sides.
- Place in shallow baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 25 min.
- Cover loosely with foil; bake 15 to 20 min.
- or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
- Remove toothpicks before serving.
