Warm Spinach and Artichoke Dip
- 4 packages (9 Oz. Size) Stouffer's Creamed Spinach, Thawed
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1- 1/2 Chopped Artichoke Hearts
- 3/4 cups Chopped Onions
- 1/2 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese (not The Powdered Kind)
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes
- Frito Scoops, To Serve
- 13 cups Chopped Pecans, Or As Needed For Topping
- 13 cups Pepperidge Farm Crumbled Stuffing
- Mix the ingredients for the dip together and top with chopped pecans and stuffing mix.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes.
- Serve with Fritos scoops.
