Beef Or Chicken And Noodles Recipe
- Flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg per person
- 1 tbsp. water
- Boneless beef roast (size depending on party size) or possibly whole chicken
- 1 can broth
- 2 c. bouillon
- Bake meat at 350 degrees till done.
- Let cold and pull apart.
- In a mixing bowl, mix Large eggs, salt, and water; add in flour till dough does not stick to hands; knead dough and roll out.
- Cut dough into squares; bring broth and bouillon with 1 c. water to simmer.
- Add in meat and noodles.
- Add in noodles slowly and stir so they do not stick together.
- Simmer for 30 min, then bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
