My First Bolognaise

  1. HEAT the oil in a large saucepan and saute the onion, celery, carrot, capsicum and garlic for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the beef and cook for 5-8 minutes or until lightly browned.
  3. Add the tomatoes, MY FIRST VEGEMITE, tomato paste, oregano and water, then stir to combine.
  4. Cover, reduce the heat and simmer gently for 1 hour.
  5. TOSS through the pasta and continue cooking to warm through.
  6. Spoon into serving bowls and sprinkle over the Parmesan.
  7. Serve immediately.
