Cranberry Delight

  1. Pour Gelatin into large mixing bowl.
  2. Add 3 cups boiling water and stir until completely dissolved (2 minutes) refrigerate uncovered until gel starts to set.
  3. About 90 minutes.
  4. Remove Gelatin mixture from refrigerator and whisk to loosen.
  5. Add the sour cream and cranberry sauce to Gelatin mixture and whisk until thoroughly combined.
  6. Pour into a mold or serving bowl of choice and refrigerate until fully set (1hour)
  7. If you're making this a day ahead cover and refrigerate over night.
