Cranberry Delight
- 3 -3-oz Raspberry Gelatin
- 2 cup sour cream
- 1 can 14 Oz whole-berry cranberry sauce
- Pour Gelatin into large mixing bowl.
- Add 3 cups boiling water and stir until completely dissolved (2 minutes) refrigerate uncovered until gel starts to set.
- About 90 minutes.
- Remove Gelatin mixture from refrigerator and whisk to loosen.
- Add the sour cream and cranberry sauce to Gelatin mixture and whisk until thoroughly combined.
- Pour into a mold or serving bowl of choice and refrigerate until fully set (1hour)
- If you're making this a day ahead cover and refrigerate over night.
