Grilled Turkey Burgers with Marinated Cucumbers & Roasted Garlic Aioli
- Roasted Garlic Aioli
- 1 cup KRAFT Signature Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. roasted garlic paste
- Marinated Cucumbers
- 2 cups English cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1 cup HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- Turkey Burgers
- ground turkey
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 16 each bakery-style hamburger buns, split (3 oz.)
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Roasted Garlic Aioli: Mix ingredients.
- Marinated Cucumbers: Combine ingredients in a bowl.
- Let marinate 20 min.
- Turkey Burgers: Mix turkey and salt.
- Form into 4 oz.
- thin patties; brush with oil.
- Grill on high heat 5 min.
- Turn over and continue cooking until done (165 degrees F).
- For each serving: Spread bottom half of 1 bun with 1 Tbsp.
- Roasted Garlic Aioli.
- Top with 1 burger, 2 Tbsp.
- drained Marinated Cucumbers, 1-1/2 tsp.
- cheese and top half of bun.
