Cheesy Buttermilk Potato Salad with Bacon

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 20 min.
  2. or until tender; drain.
  3. Cool.
  4. Mix dressing, buttermilk and onions until blended.
  5. Combine potatoes, cheese and pepper in large bowl.
  6. Add dressing mixture; mix lightly.
  7. Refrigerate 3 hours.
  8. Top with bacon just before serving.
