Chicken Italian (Low Salt, Low Fat)

  1. If using whole chicken, cut chicken in half.
  2. Blend marinade of all the remaining ingredients.
  3. Soak chicken for 10 minutes.
  4. Bake in greased pan in 375F (190C) oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until tender.
  5. Serves 4.
