Sloppy Joe
- 3 pounds Ground Chuck
- 3 cups Ketchup
- 3 cups Water
- 1 can (10 3/4 Ounce Size) Tomato Soup
- 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Vinegar
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- Brown ground beef over medium heat and once its browned, drain off the grease.
- While beef is browning combine all of the other ingredients in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- When the beef is done add it to the sauce mixture.
- Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
- Simmer 2 hours or until thickened.
- Serve on your favorite bun/roll
