Multi-Grain Stuffing With Cranberries, Sausage and Pecans

  1. Cook turkey sausage in a large skillet on medium high heat, stirring to break into crumbles, until brown.
  2. Remove from pan with a slotted spoon, leaving pan drippings, and set aside.
  3. Add butter to skillet to melt.
  4. Add celery, onion, and apples.
  5. Saute for 5 minutes.
  6. In a large bowl, combine Multi-Grain Stuffing with Cranberries,sausage, vegetables and pecans.
  7. (NOTE:if you are not using this Stuffing mix add 1/4 cup craisens)
  8. Lightly toss with liquid.
  9. Spread stuffing evenly in a buttered baking dish.
  10. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
  11. Remove foil and continue to bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
