Chicken & Tomato Pasta with Crumb Topping

  1. Melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add cracker crumbs, 2 Tbsp.
  3. parsley and garlic; cook 2 min.
  4. or until crumbs are golden brown, stirring frequently.
  5. Place in small bowl; stir in Parmesan.
  6. Cook macaroni as directed in package.
  7. Meanwhile, cook chicken, in batches, in same skillet 2 to 3 min.
  8. or until no longer pink, stirring frequently.
  9. Return all the chicken to skillet.
  10. Add tomato sauce and remaining parsley; cover.
  11. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min.
  12. Add Singles; cook and stir 1 to 2 min.
  13. or until melted.
  14. Drain macaroni.
  15. Add to chicken mixture in skillet; stir.
  16. Cook and stir 1 min.
  17. or until heated through.
  18. Top with mozzarella; cover.
  19. Remove from heat; let stand 2 min.
  20. or until melted.
  21. Top with crumb topping.
