Mongolian Chicken
- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 clove Minced Garlic crushed
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
- Heat oil in frying pan on medium heat, Cut chicken breasts up season with salt and pepper then toss in frying pan until chicken is done.
- While heating oil in a sauce pan, combine soy sauce brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and water.
- Pour mixture in sauce pan.
- When sauce reaches boiling point remove from heat and add in corn starch and water mixture.
- Pour sauce over chicken and let simmer for about 3 minutes.
- Serve
