Mongolian Chicken

  1. Heat oil in frying pan on medium heat, Cut chicken breasts up season with salt and pepper then toss in frying pan until chicken is done.
  2. While heating oil in a sauce pan, combine soy sauce brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and water.
  3. Pour mixture in sauce pan.
  4. When sauce reaches boiling point remove from heat and add in corn starch and water mixture.
  5. Pour sauce over chicken and let simmer for about 3 minutes.
  6. Serve
