Spicy Soy Marinated Tuna
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 12 teaspoon pureed garlic
- 12 teaspoon pureed ginger
- 12 teaspoon hot Asian chili sauce (sambal oelek)
- 1 lb tuna fillet, cut in 1/2 inch squares
- In a bowl, combine all over the marinade ingredients.
- Stir well.
- Add tuna and toss to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- When you are ready to serve, spoon tuna into porcelain spoons or transfer to a serving bowl.
