Patriotic Bark

• 11 oz. white chocolate
• 1/3 c. pretzels
• 1/3 c. roasted almonds, roughly chopped
• 1/4 c. mini M&M's
• tbsp. red, white, and blue confetti

1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Place white chocolate in a heat-proof bowl over pan of simmering water.
3. Stir continuously until melted.
4. Pour chocolate on to parchment-lined baking sheet.
5. Using an offset spatula spread chocolate to 1/8-inch thickness.
6. Sprinkle pretzels, roasted almonds, red, white and blue confetti and red and blue chocolate-covered candy on top.
7. Transfer to refrigerator for chocolate to set, about 20 minutes.
8. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
