Balsamic Vinaigrette (Gr) Recipe

  1. In a blender, combine the vinegar, onion and honey and puree.
  2. With the motor running, slowly add in the oil till emulsified.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper and pour into a squeeze bottle.
  4. May be prepared up to 1 day ahead and refrigerated.
  5. Bring to room temperature before serving.
  6. This recipe yields approximately 3/4 c. of vinaigrette.
