Caupona Tequila Cocktail

• 2 oz Don Julio Reposado
• 1 oz lime juice
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 1 1/2-inch thick slice of green apple
• cayenne pepper for dusting

1. Shake the tequila and juices with ice and strain into a martini glass.
2. Dust apple slice generously with cayenne pepper.
3. Garnish and serve.
