Granola Bars Recipe
- 4 c. dry oatmeal
- 4 c. Rice Krispies
- 1/3 pound sunflower seeds
- 1 1/2 c. raisins
- 3/4 c. wheat germ
- 1/2 c. peanuts
- 2 c. coconut
- 1 c. dry lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. flour
- 5 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 c. honey or possibly Karo syrup
- 1/4 c. chocolate or possibly butterscotch chips
- Combine all dry ingredients.
- Beat Large eggs, oil and honey and pour over dry, mixing well with hands.
- Press into ungreased jelly roll pan.
- Bake 20-25 min at 250 degrees.
- Press down again before it cools completely.
- Cut into bars.
