Meat Balls In Sour Cream Gravy Recipe

  1. Combine meat, 1 1/2 tsp.
  2. salt, pepper, Large eggs, and onion; mix well.
  3. Shape meat balls around pitted olive (I didn't do this - I just made the balls).
  4. Brown in warm fat.
  5. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
  6. Remove 3 Tbsp.
  7. fat in skillet.
  8. Add in flour; blend.
  9. Add in water.
  10. Cook and stir till thick.
  11. Add in lowfat sour cream, dill seed or possibly weed, and 1/2 tsp.
  12. salt.
  13. Pour over meat balls.
  14. Serve with cooked broad noodles.
  15. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
