Hawaiian Chicken OAMC
- 2 -3 chicken breasts, chopped
- 12 cup white sugar
- 12 cup vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 (20 ounce) canof large pineapple chunks
- 12 cup pineapple juice (from can)
- Place chicken in a quart bag, remove excess air and freeze.
- Place pineapple chunks in bag, remove excess air and freeze.
- Place other ingredients in separate quart bag and freeze.
- Defrost over night.
- Crock Pot Method.
- Combine all ingredients and cook on low for 3 1/2-6 hours based on your crock.
- Shred and serve over rice.
- BBQ Method.
- After ingredients defrost mix sauce in with chicken pieces and let marinade until dinner time.
- Skewer chicken on one implement and pineapple on other.
- Add peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, red onions on other skewers for more variety.
- Cook on bbq about 10 minutes, fruit and veggies on higher level.
