Hawaiian Chicken OAMC

  1. Place chicken in a quart bag, remove excess air and freeze.
  2. Place pineapple chunks in bag, remove excess air and freeze.
  3. Place other ingredients in separate quart bag and freeze.
  4. Defrost over night.
  5. Crock Pot Method.
  6. Combine all ingredients and cook on low for 3 1/2-6 hours based on your crock.
  7. Shred and serve over rice.
  8. BBQ Method.
  9. After ingredients defrost mix sauce in with chicken pieces and let marinade until dinner time.
  10. Skewer chicken on one implement and pineapple on other.
  11. Add peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, red onions on other skewers for more variety.
  12. Cook on bbq about 10 minutes, fruit and veggies on higher level.
