Pickled Plum & Cheese Chicken Tender Sandwiches
- 10 Chicken tenders
- 10 leaves Green shiso leaf
- 3 large Umeboshi
- 3 small pieces Babybel cream cheese
- 1 Katakuriko
- Remove the seeds from the pickled plums and use a knife to make them into a paste.
- Cut the baby cheese in half.
- Wrap a cutting board with plastic wrap, place the chicken tenders with the sinews removed on top, and cover with plastic wrap.
- Smack it with a rolling pin to even out the thickness.
- Place the shiso and pickled plum on top of the chicken and fold it in half.
- Top the chicken tenders with the shiso and pickled plum and fold in half.
- Sprinkle with katakuriko.
- Coat a frying pan with vegetable oil.
- Fry until golden brown on both sides, and they are done.
