Peachy Pork Salad (Southeast)
- 34 cup mayonnaise
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups pork, cooked, cubed
- 1 (5 ounce) can water chestnuts, sliced, drained
- 1 (16 ounce) cansliced peaches
- 1 cup green grape, seedless, halved
- 4 cups Chinese cabbage, sliced
- In a large bowl, combine mayo & salt, then add pork & mix lightly.
- Add the rest of th ingredients to the pork mixture & toss lightly, then chill before serving.
