Potato Soup
- 2 medium potatoes, pared and diced
- 2 slices onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup hot milk
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 stalk celery, sliced very fine
- 13 cup water
- combine potatoes, onion and salt in a saucepan.
- add boiling water.
- cover and cook until potatoes are tender.
- do not drain.
- mash potatoes with a fork.
- add milk, pepper and celery.
- more milk may be added if soup is too thick.
- serve hot.
